Project Background

We are delighted to offer our expertise in carbon interior body trims as specialists in composite application materials for vehicle interiors, catering to both original equipment manufacturers and retailers with large and unique series. Over the past three years, I have assisted automotive consulting experts in the OE market in establishing a deep network with decision-makers at car manufacturers and Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
Attached is a carbon interior trims project we completed for a new car manufacturer in China, showcasing the current trend of car makers choosing carbon materials.

Manufacturing Process

We utilize the advanced Prepreg Autoclave process to manufacture our high-quality carbon fiber EV car interiors. This state-of-the-art technique ensures that our interior components are exceptionally lightweight, incredibly strong, and highly durable. Designed for the modern electric vehicle, our carbon fiber interiors enhance both the aesthetics and performance of your car. The superior strength-to-weight ratio of carbon fiber provides enhanced safety and efficiency, while the sleek design adds a touch of luxury and sophistication.
